BULLETIN 1 – Wingsuit Flying and Speed Skydiving, Prostejov 2023

The FAI World Cup and European Championships of Wingsuit Flying and Speed Skydiving will be held in Prostejov, Czech Republic from August 19 to 25, 2023.  Bulletin 1 has been posted on the FAI ISC Events Calendar on the website.    Please note that the Provisional Entry date is May 31st, 2023, and the Final Entry date (as well as Entry Fee due date) is June 30th, 2023.

Skyderby scoring system will be used for competitions Wingsuit Performance and Speed Skydiving InTime Scoring system will be used for Wingsuit Acrobatics competition FlySight units will be used by WSP and SP competitors to record the real-time, three- dimensional (3D) position of the competitor.

The facilities were used during World Parachuting Championships 2018, 2014, World Cup & European Championships 2012, World Cup & European Championships 2009, European Championships 2005 as well as during many National competitions.

Aircraft details

1x LET 410 Turbolet

• Exit speed 85kts (+/- 5 kts) • 3 rotations per hour • Capacity 18 skydivers • Hourly capacity of one L-410 is 54 PAX • Daily capacity of two L-410 during the competition is 1200 jumps • Left door dimension (H) 150 cm x (W) 126 cm • The LET-410 was successfully used during all FAI FCE held at JUMP-TANDEM SKYDIVING CENTRE since 2005.

1x Cessna Caravan 208B - in case of more competitors

• Single engine turbine • Seats for 16 jumpers • Left side door, (H) 124 cm x (W) 127 cm • Outside step and roof handle, inside bar • Exit speed: 85 kts (+/- 5 kts) • 2,2 rotations per hour
